Story

Independent artist - music producer, beatmaker, drummer and keyboardist in love with soulful downtempo, triphop, acidjazz, jazzfunk and nujazz. Winner of talent scouting contest Startér on Radio Wave (Czech Broadcasting 4). Exploring emotions and atmosphere using musical experiments. Former member of SURROUNDING, one of the very first bands in northern Czechia playing electronic music in combination with live instruments (SAX / Vít Votruba, CLARINET / Ondřej Maršíček, BASS / David Havlík and GUITAR / Petra Börnerová). He collaborated with singer Jana Fabiánová, vibraphonist Radek Krampl, drummer Martin Kuzma, bassist Matěj Havlíček, Jan Pospíšil (MC One Two) or František Bublík (oboe / North Czech Philharmonic).

What is music to you? What does it give you?

The music is very personal and intimate space for me. It makes me happy whether it's listening or the creative process of composing or playing musical instrument. It´s relax, meditation and artistic self-realization.

What is your music dream?

Release a record that will be a masterpiece and will be admired by both musicians and listeners.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

On the one hand the best time for musicians and on the other hand the worst time for musicians. With internet everything changed. It would be nice if streaming gigants share more revenue with musicians.
