How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Time goes on, music too, however an old tunes, classical music should be preserved and available, so, we can always come back to it for an inspiration. I would love to see more music for emotions, electronic music (I try to compose as well) which is especially useful in movies. Modern contemporary music, just written for "geometry" - as some composers claims - does not appeal to me. For me music has to carry on something, bring something... maybe I am too old fashion?

The fact, that we are eliminated at certain age... My father (conductor of orchestras) and I, we experienced that. However, I think, I am playing even better now...

Listening to concerts, shows, applauding, enjoying even taking part in karaoke... ha ha ha! Also playing for occasional events with pleasure.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Always look for something new. Be creative, not just copying others and looking for inspirations - even in the past...

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

This is a difficult question - every country, even some small communities have artists, who even don't know that the ARE them! This is especially common in the country where I live now - in Philippines. Music is irreplaceable element of life here.
