THOUGHTPILOT is the Denver-based djent metal quartet comprised of lead singer Abel Alvarado, drummer Clayton Straughan, lead guitarist/band's producer Cody Montague, and rhythm/lead guitarist Spencer Kinnison. In 2014, the band released Rewoven Patterns, a four-song EP that landed big booking-placements at Soda Jerk/Live Nation Productions in Downtown Denver. This began their journey of self-releasing their music, playing with national acts, and local heavy hitters in the Denver metal scene. THOUGHTPILOT's debut album, Through The Lens, the djent-style is added more to their progressive side. With new elements to come, The Hex, their new single pushes a more hardcore and heavier sound.
