I started out playing piano here and there in Highschool. I only started taking it seriously when I started learning jazz guitar. I fell in love with a lot of jazz elements in music which inspired me to start writing my own music. Things fell into place after that. I stumbled across several people in the music scene and ended up forming a band called Misty Milk.
Music is my expression and my joy.
My dream would be to truly transform emotions and experiences into sound. I suppose I'd like to move people and challenge the norm artistically.
Love.
Radiohead - Nude
Radiohead is my ultimate favourite. Thome York is everything I aspire to be as a musician.
It makes me happy.
I'm not sure there is a message in particular. I believe that with any creation of art, there must always be meaning otherwise, what's the point?
Surprisingly at home.
I hope to see venues and events managers start treating musicians as co-workers and respected professionals within the entertainment industry. I would also like to see a system/ platform in place where new/ upcoming musicians have the opportunity to be seen.
Drooble is the business. This platform was clearly created with the best intentions. I hope to see it flourish.
It does frustrate me that people are becoming mindless listeners.
Yes! I try attend as many gigs as I can. Social media also goes a long way.
I would say some serious hustling skills and perseverance.
