Stuart Wright

Yorkshire Indie Jangle Rock

Produced in deepest East Yorkshire,UK, melting jangle pop/rock with folk and orchestral elements, Stuart writes and performs some of the catchiest tunes around often combined with historical and Yorkshire born lyrics. Once described by Adrian Deevoy of Q magazine as the “Perfect antidote to sophistication” I have never been known to use 4 chords when 3 would do. That said, I’m not beyond putting a few strings and piano on these days. The melody is everything.
