Stefhon Daze

Story

Stefhon Daze Growing up on the southwest side of Chicago, Stefhon Daze took his life experiences and perspective and put it in to his first single, "I'm Here". While attending Kenwood Academy in 2010, he began to collaborate and eventually join the high school rap group, The BOOM. The group gained regional notoriety from True Star Radio on Chicago's Power 92.3 and went on to open for acts like Bad Boy's, Day 26. In 2010 he joined forces with Director/Producer Lyle Tek Muse and began the transition to a solo artist. They began to build his NoGO brand with a host of visuals and his first mixtape, "Rhymes & Cognac". Stefhon Daze solidified his return to the music industry with signing to the management team of Yudago Music Group in late 2018. Message From The Artist ".....as far as my music, my artist comes from a conscious street sense, ...stuff that I've seen growing up, stuff I've seen as an adult....my life experiences and things that I've been around." "Meek Mill is someone I've always identified with as an artist, but I also have more of an old school vibe, a Nas, an old school Jay Z. I'm a spitta- I deliver bars." "I'm a diverse artist, I enjoy doing conscious rap, but I like turn up music too, so it's whatever grabs me, it depends on the beat. But for the most part, my music is whole and balanced." "......a lot of my music just comes to me, rather I'm out and about or a the store, regardless- I run back to the pad and just start writing...most of the time I just write, with no type of instrumental or beat. For example, Corner Store, Fatality sent the beat , and I just went at it." "I see myself getting involved involved in fashion, acting...but my main concern right now is to build a solid catalog of music, and give people that classic feel. I want to remain consistent." "Music for me- is now or never and forever."
