Music For The Grown and Mature Sophisticated Soul is a band made up of singer's, musician's, songwriter's producers and entertainers. Coming together to create a sound diffrent from all other bands. With a mix of Jazz, R&B, Gospel, Neo-soul ,and Pop. The Band was formed in the fall of 2016 by manager Derrick Brown, and sense then has developed a strong, loyal following. The band also scored the stage play "A Dream Deferred"In 2017. Altought we have been playing mostly private events, we are looking to branch out into the club scene in the Detroit, and Northern Ohio area. We were also offered the opportunity to play at the Sandals Resort in Ochi Rios, Jamaica this coming November.

I see us going to a place where one person will be able to play and perform all alone, and it's sad it's nothing like a live band , I say the more the musicians you have on stage the better, kinda like it use to be with parliament/ funkadelic.
