Story

I’ve been singing my whole life and I’m done hiding. I want to sing for the world and heal people through music. I believe nothing is unattainable. We must keep dreaming big even when those around us have limited visions. You must be delusional to be an original in a world where everyone is replaceable except for the very few that dare to attempt greatness and attain it. I was raised in The South Bronx and I survived child & domestic abuse. I was supposed to fail but I survived and thrived despite every obstacle in my life. My life experiences have made me highly independent and ambitious and I wish to use my work to empower anyone who feels alone and to let them know they aren’t, I’m here. Even if no one ever loves you, you can love yourself and give yourself the beautiful life you deserve.

Music is like god holding you.

What is your music dream?

My music dream is that I’ll be famous enough one day to help people in need first. I also hope to inspire others that came from nothing and have no family like me. I want them to know they can too succeed regardless of the unfortunate circumstances you may be born into. Music can change someone mind, heart and soul. Music could save the world with the right words. Words are powerful

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would save all the children who are hungry and being abused. I would build a place better than orphanages and foster homes. Children are the future and we must honor them from every social class or race.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Me olvide de vivir by Jose Jose Ii grew up listening to Latin ballads…

What inspires you to make music?

My traumas lol NAh life. I want to sing my life so others who relate don’t feel alone anymore.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Everyone wants it but not everyone is going to work hard to get it. And that’s your upper hand !

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Well hahaha I’m waiting for my first gig to break the ice and I’ll let you know. Just this year I woke up and realize it’s now or never!

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

People should collaborate more with each other and not be such gate keepers lol. Networking exist for a reason.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Sometimes being judged by appearance rather than talent or skill.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I go to places that play live music by local bands?I love it.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

They should be brave. Something I will be embarking on this year. Don’t be afraid of failure and rejection, be afraid of not trying.
