What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music has been like the oxygen the feeds my lungs!!! Ever since I was a child, I wake up and think about music, I think about music through every day and I got to sleep thinking about music! Music is literally my life!

What is your music dream?

Right now, my 'music dream' is to write and record music. I am currently in the process of building a recording studio in my house with the target of releasing an album very soon!

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

100%, I would start with making sure that every person in the World would have a safe place to lay their head each night. In 2020, people should not be sleeping on the streets! I hate the fact that people, in this day in age, are still sleeping on the streets. It's wrong, and shouldn't be happening.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

I have to take myself back to when I really started to fall in love with rock music. I recall the days of Kerrang and Metal Hammer magazines, and they would come with a free 7" sample record. Each one would have a demo from a band that was just getting started on the 'big' stage. That was the time I heard a song entitled, 'Frozen Heart', and I fell in love with the song, and I also fell in love with 'The Voice', Mr Steve Overland. Currently, FM are probably my favourite band, some 25 years on, and I can't wait to go see them next April at the Civic Centre in Nantwich! \m/

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

My favourite bands are probably more varied than your average music nut! I mean, anything from Andrea Bocelli to Pantera!! If I hear a song or a voice that I like, then I'll listen to it. I don't believe in putting myself in a box when it comes to music. If it sounds good in your ears, then irrespective of the style, you should listen to it. I love Bon Jovi, (Jon Bon Jovi is my idol!), Journey, Queen, Eric Martin, Michael Bolton, The Bee Gees, The Electric Light Orchestra, Rush, Iron Maiden, W.A.S.P., Aerosmith, Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Chris Stapleton, Old Dominion but to name a few. Like I say, I don't care about the style. If I like it, then I like It.

What inspires you to make music?

Listening to my favourite artistes always puts me in a place where I feel inspired to write. My biggest inspiration to write at this moment in time would have to be FM and Chris Stapleton.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

I would want to send a message of peace. Without sounding 'cliched', I am a Buddhist, and I would want my music to make people feel happy and relaxed.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

In two words........'At Home'!
