What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music runs in my blood. It gives me a lot of purpose and is the most profound way I can express myself!

What is your music dream?

I would love to make enough money writing music to pursue it full-time. I dream of hearing some of my songs performed by famous artists! I also love performing but not sure yet if I'm good enough (especially at singing) to make a living at it. I love entertaining people with my music.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Unraveling the yarns that spin us into pointless divisions and block the improvement of our condition (easy to say)

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

"Lookin' Out My Back Door" -Creedence Clearwater Revival

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Elton John, Billy Joel, Ray Charles, Paul McCartney, Doobie Bros., Bruno Mars, Rascal Flatts

What inspires you to make music?

Anything from my own feelings to bits of everyday conversation to melodies that pop in my head to hearing a theme or chord progression or lyric in others' music that gives life to a new or revamped idea.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

still working on that

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Incredible. A fulfilling feeling like no other

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

For me personally, very hard to find time to develop craft / art / music with the rest of life happening. Hard to get attention. I think platforms like Drooble and more events like battle of the bands and songwriting contests would be helpful.

What do you think of Drooble?

I'm very new, but so far, great!! It's great to be able to network with other artists, to hear their stuff and have people hear my stuff!

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Very little time to devote to music and very little money to promote myself in ads, song contests, etc.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I would like to be much more active but at present, time does not allow. I go see local artists when I can though.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Persistence, thick skin (even great music isn't appreciated by everyone), always watching for ruts in your own songwriting, being aware of current platforms for sharing, selling, streaming

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.
