Story

I am a 24yo Italian musician and composer, with many years of experience in studio recording, live sessions with bands of all genres, a great knowledge of music theory and a good ear when it comes either to play covers or to write my own pieces. If you want to taste the feelings of an emotional soundtrack, or you are curious to discover a bass-man who can add songs the groove they need, give a listen to my music!

Spreading better music all around the world!

Basket Case - Green Day So many memories!

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Guns 'N Roses, Stevie Wonder

What inspires you to make music?

Anything in my life has ever happened in silence. Music has always been the soundtrack of my saddest and happiest moments, it amplifies my emotions and remember me what it means to really feel alive.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Any kind of situation can have his own sound. Just taste it and enjoy it.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

A stage is the place I belong to.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

It's clearly getting harder and harder to get visibility and share your music without being supported by a huge amount of money. it's so easy to feel like all the work and passion you put into it isn't worthy, but at the and of the day you just do your best to share what you love and who you really are, hoping it gets seen and appreciated.

What do you think of Drooble?

I absolutely love all the opportunities it gives to musicians and the way it is so well structured and organized.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

It really gets me frustrated how hard it is to promote my music in order to reach an audience.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I always try to get informed and be aware of musicians, bands and artistic works in my area, and I really enjoy listening to live music performed in clubs, pubs and local contests.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I think music is, above all, knowledge and hard work, but talent isn't enough. I get to see everyday how important is for a musician to be able to create bounds with others, either musicians and audience, to find the right hooks and keep on promoting himself in every possible way.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Can't help but inviting you all to wait a few months for my band, Red Obsidian, to release its first EP. If you enjoy the funky-rock atmosphere, the waiting will be worthy!
