Grew up in Aylmer sector of Gatineau. Played in punk rock and ska bands. I play guitar, and bass, and some drums but I'm not great at drums, I know what i want musically speaking so I can produce really good electronic music.
Music gives me power, it brings me comfort in difficult times, and adds to the pleasure during good times.
I want my track: Exceptional, to be played at hockey games. It would be absolutely amazing to see people dancing and singing to it. You can go OH! OH! OH! OH! OH! OH OH OH OH OH!
I would start with myself.
I'm unsure of which song is the most memorable, but I used to sing New York New York on an old cassette tape.
I love EDM, Cookie Monsta, Zeds Dead, Snoop Dog, Melvin the Dude (or is it Kevin), not sure at this moment... But I also love the beats of Dr. Dre and more...
Life, everything in life inspires me, I see rhythm everywhere.
I want people to groove, to trip, to chill sometimes, and to dance and party at other times. I want people to enjoy life with some additional help from my music.
Always a bit of a tingle in my chest, I get nervous.
There should be more loans for artists when they make good music. More competitions for electronic music artists.
I enjoy Drooble, I'm hoping to make friends here.
Having to buy stuff is the worst, because no one knows my amazing music yet, it's on Spotify now so it's a good start. I need lots of stuff for my gigs... Laptop (3000 dollars) so I can use my APC 40 on Ableton Live to do live performances.... I know exactly what I need...
I tend to check out other artists in the local facebook groups, and I encourage them if I enjoy their work. I also provide feedback, usually constructive criticism.
A good sense of balance, make people dance a bit, while making the music suitable for other activities like house-work, or just shopping, while it plays on the radio...
I really enjoy listening to olschool dubstep, but I also enjoy good old Hip-Hop beats, or psy-trance, and the old dub, you know, the rub-a-dub-dub.... I guess I could mention VibeSquad. I like the beats a lot.
