How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

A lot of new genres appeared, I would say instant. We have placed Trap as an upgrade to R & B sound, which did not continue its tradition and oversteps, but the sticking of the mass. I do not think that Nu Soul's priority was given, he started the 1990s. Each character appears in accordance with the generation gap, only that the generations behind us are aware of sound creation, education, and the desire for learning has disappeared.
