What is music to you? What does it give you?

My mind streams a melody of my consciousness all of the time. Music lets me channel that consciousness into something tangible that may or may not sync well. When it does sync well it tells me the music is good and I need to pay more attention to that consciousness since it provides an opportunity for an occassional wave of emotion to ride out like a surfboard does a wave.

What is your music dream?

To write a full soundtrack for motion picture.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Our shameless and selfish view of animals that looks no further than what usefulness the animal may serve us.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Groovin' by the Lovin Spoonful.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

AC/DC, Neil Young, Sean Paul, Ariana Grande, Will I Am, Stone Temple Pilots, Charlie Pride, Ozzy, Nirvana, Paul Simon, Rich Mullins, Lady Gaga, Beatles, Rich Hamilton, Jeff Gruwell, Dean Andrews, and Nathaniel Larson.

What inspires you to make music?

A bug that inspires me to create lots of things. It's just a compulsion I have. I must create. I only feel as good as the last song I composed, play I wrote, book I authored, game I designed, app I developed, image I edited. Whatever it was that I had last created. My enjoyment of my last art is always short lived as a new bug takes over in no time.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Come home. Your supper is getting cold.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

As long as I know the job I need to do onstage, I don't think about anything but doing that task.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

General styles are being cloned and copied even across different genres. I guess that may have always occurred, but I never noticed before.

What do you think of Drooble?

I truly think it is not only the best musician website out there, but it stands as a model Web app for any industry.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

That I don't seem to have much devotion toward singing or composing anymore.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I make music videos, logos, and other digital content for them.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

To keep the video in mind while composing the audio.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.
