I love the thrill of performing, the adoration of an audience that is appreciating your music. Singing is so much fun! I love the skills of the song writers and lyricists. who with great skill put together stories that lift your spirit and can put you in a nice place. Being an asthmatic, singing helps my control my breathing, But the biggest thrill of all is performing on a stage anywhere it is as though this is what I was born to do. Music has given me a lifelong passion, an income and it is what I am. At this moment I have discovered the thrill of recording and what it takes to be a recording engineer, I take my hat of to all of them.
To record my own album!
Teach student in every school how to play an instrument
An Instrumental called "Apache" changed my life forever. A Song from Cliff Richard called "Move it" started me on an incredible journey.
The smooth songs from the crooners, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Perry Como and Matt Munro. The electric toe tapping Rock n Roll artists, Little Richard, The Big Boppa, Elvis, Cliff Richard and Buddy Holly. The “Teenage Idols” Ricky Nelson Bobby Vee, Fankie Avalon, Neil Sedaka, Roy Orbison and not forgetting Connie Francis. I loved the fabulous girl groups, the Shirells, the Chrystals and the Supremes. The heart touching songs of tragedy, “Tell Laura I loved her”’, “Patches” “Ebony Eyes” and “Running Bear”. All the fun of Lonnie Donegan, “Does Your Chewing Gum Loose it’s flavour” and how can we forget the “Yellow Polkadot Bikini”. The great bands of the early sixties, "The Shadows" The Hollies, Gerry and The Pacemakers, The Swinging Blue Jeans and the Searchers. In latter years "Queen" "Smokie" and the "Mavericks".
