I love reggae and psychedelic rock. I've mostly played the former, but have recently transitioned to the latter. Very strong drummer, very original guitarist. I try to have an open mind genre-wise, but I avoid unprofessionalism. I've been coached and polished by a few guys from Bootsy Collins' camp. It was like my own private Harvard, and I'm enormously grateful. My band mates are Ryan Moore (drums) and Seth Weber (bass).
Music for me started with Bob Marley, and along the way Bob has stopped to pick up Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Funkadelic, and Tame Impala. Now they're all jamming together in my head.
My dream is to create music as rebellious as Bob Marley, as mystical as the Doors, as sexy as Prince, and simultaneously become more astute at licencing, publishing, producing, and collaborating.
I'd start with ignorance. I would heavily make changes to educate people.

Survival inspires me hahaha. But it's also a calling. This path can be a gauntlet, made for few, not many. Real talk.
We are spiritual beings having a physical experience.
Ecstatic, but focused. It's wise to be even-tempered, not too high nor too low. Crowds pick up on what you telegraph. Be real and in the moment.
There is, to me, a clear gulf between star quality and mediocrity. I recognize the one from the other. Pretty sure that industry folks do as well. I'd enjoy seeing more artists with actual substance getting attention, and less of the gimmick-driven, superficial breed.
I've only just gotten started, so I'll have to say very nice thus far.
Amateurs who decided last week they're the poo, and get their feelings hurt when they get upstaged by serious vets with phenomenal cosmic musicality lol. Always show respect and due attention to veterans of the music scene. We generally know what we're talking about.
Absolutely! Enormously! Show-sharing, street teaming, attending, merch, word of mouth, sound gear, subbing, I could go on......
A strong work ethic and a willingness to leave their comfort zone. Take risks, cause essentially that's all you can do. Fortune definitely favors the bold in the music industry.
