What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is not so much about what it gives me and more about what it gives others. If I can write or sing something that brings glory to God and healing to someone else, I've done my job. Music is much less about the accolades for me, and more about making a difference in the world.

What is your music dream?

To write and sing music that reveals the heart of God and changes nations.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I'd start with Jesus. I don't have the kind of power on my own, but He does.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Before I could talk, my mom told me that I first sang. I sang the song, "We need a Holy Ghost revival." That song has since marked my life.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Misty Edwards, Jason Upton, Jonathan Ogden, Bethel, Elevation, Laura Hackett Park, Jon Thurlow, John Mark McMillan,

What inspires you to make music?

Getting lost worshipping Jesus inspires me to sing new songs.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That God is real, His love is real, and He wants us to know Him.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Nervous, but excited for what God will do.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

By listening to others music and giving encouragement.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Less perfection and more authenticity.
