King Quice is a hip hop/ pop/ r&b/ pop punk/ punk rock artist from Phoenix Arizona. Began his artistic journey in the realm of poetry and music composition. Quice eventually transitioned to the creation of music entirely, primarily hip hop, before trying his hand in R&B and many other genres of music.
Music has always been a way to express myself/ tell my story. Music was a guide for me, It led me to find my identity and the message I stand for.
My dream is simply to embody my craft and live within my element as an artist.
If I could change the world I would take on the issues that exist within our school systems, primarily elementary, middle, and high school, that limit the minds of the future from becoming productive and prosperous individuals in society.
Most memorable song from my childhood was probably "Misery Business" by Paramore or "Rock With You" by Michael Jackson. My pops was and still is a huge fan on Michael Jackson.

I enjoy the challenges that come with creating music. Its inspires me to push past the limits of creativity. It also inspires me to see a project come to life after investing hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars into something I worked tirelessly to develop. From vision to reality. The fans can appreciate and feel the effort that goes into the creation of my music, it allows them to have a deeper connection to my songs and me as an artist. That alone makes this journey/dream an experience worth fighting for.
I would constantly ask myself "what is the reason I desire this path I am chasing". It always felt better to keep working at it until the answers came later. I guess the enjoyment of using this gift GOD has blessed me with convinced me to overlook the pain and struggles that came with this expedition. I used to want to please everyone around me, a part of me still does but I had to learn to do things for me in some cases. It's not selfish to love and appreciate yourself, sometime thats all we got. I have seen dark days and there are many more ahead of me, yet and still I will face them head on because I want this for me. Your are in control of your future, let you be the light that illuminates the darkest paths to the future you desire.
Its one of the best feelings in the world, its a chance to personal with my audience and share the vibrations of my music in physical form.

The financial side of things is a circus. It can be very frustrating to fund your own artist career. Music is one of the most expensive processes around from music videos, photo shoot, marketing, wardrobe, art, studio time, travel, etc.
