Story

Ello! I am a British, 18-year-old music producer hailing from the cold, mean (mainly cold) streets of Portsmouth, England. I make Electronic music, mainly - occasionally the odd DNB, Dubstep, and rock track (all of which fall under the umbrella that is Electronic/EDM) but I'd say my favourite genre has got to be bass house, but my music rarely falls into any of those categories. I'll make whatever, then slap a cover art on it, and just release it. Get it out there. I've been properly releasing music for almost 2 years now, but have loved it for even longer (ever since I could hear!) always being inspired by anything that made a sound. There's always been something about music to me that I've simply just clicked with, and there were always those songs that would just hit the spot during whatever mood I was in. And I decided to apply that to making my very own songs. It's melodies that are tailored directly to how I'm feeling at the time of making it. And sharing that, even with just a few people, is genuinely so cool. If you got this far, thank you for reading :)

What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music to me is like cooking; you mix loads of stuff together, and at the end, you're left crying because nobody wants anything to do with what you've made.

What is your music dream?

To make music I enjoy.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

I would make it mandatory for every mobile device to come pre-installed with my music. That and world peace, but come on, let's be realistic here.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Ever heard Bangarang, by Skrillex? Or any song by Knife Party ever???

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Slushii, Skrillex, Pegboard Nerds, Knife Party, Sigrid, Kylie Minogue

What inspires you to make music?

Music inspires me to make music.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

If you make crap music, nobody will listen to it. But if you make good music, nobody will listen to it unless you're already famous.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I've never performed in front of a live audience but I reckon I'd crap myself

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I think that the negative comparison of artist's music needs to stop.

What do you think of Drooble?

It's a really neat platform to grow and get people to actually interact with your music.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

The way that some artists are hugely underrated (cough cough)

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I try to get involved in local music groups, but I'm introverted and hate most people, so...

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

When I figure this out, I'll get back to this one.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Can I volunteer myself in this section?
