Synopsis: 19 y/o guitarist from NC ends up on the streets of Jacksonville Beach from mid-January thru late March 1986. That was me. I came with the clothes on my back, a guitar, an amp and my youth. My main stomping-ground was the area between The Music Shop and Einstein A Go-Go. I was in a band called PHALANX and practiced in the same building/complex as Horsechild Breakfast (later known as Beggar Weeds). I'm now on a quest to remember as much as possible and reconnect with as many as possible from that time ...before memory fades.
