I produce music on my computer and write lyrics in my spare time, I started music mid-summer of last year, and since been learning the guitar (Both acoustic and electric), Piano, and Guzheng (Chinese Zither), I've never been to college for music, music at the moment is mainly an escape from anxiety and life troubles, although if I had the chance, I would produce music for a living.
Music has helped me find peace when I had anxiety, Since then, Music has been a part of my life everyday.
To become a music producer, I love to be behind the mixes, I love to create tracks, I sometimes write music and lyrics just so I have something to produce.
I'm not too sure, the first thing that comes to mind is people starving, people without clean water, or people without treatments for whatever they are facing, If I could change the world, I don't know where I would start, I wish I could help everyone.

In my opinion, musicians have it pretty good nowadays, It's easy to showcase their work, it's easy to record and mix it at home, and even if they're not with the stars, they can still grow a pretty good fan base, I can't think of anything worth changing not off of the top of my head.
I think this place is great, I love that people can ask questions freely, and people can improve their music together, this site is exactly what musicians, producers, songwriter/lyricists need, and I wish every musician knew about this site, I wish I knew about it when I first started music production.
As long as someone has a passion for music, and a willingness to collaborate, I think a musician can make it as long as the musician tries hard enough, even if they only play one instrument, they could always start a band, if they need a track recorded and mixed, then they could hire a freelance music producer.
