What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music to me is the escape goat that I use to either disconnect or connect to the world. I put my feelings and thoughts into my lyrics and express myself through my words.

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to become the artist I believe I was born to be. I don't desire to be a superstar I simply hope to be a well known and respected artist in the industry.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

If I could change world I would start with racial profiling, and create more avenues to help minorities in need.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

The song my mother sang to me growing up which was Anita Baker Angel.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Jazmine Sullivan, Eric Bellinger, H.E.R, Tina Turner, Lauren Hill, and La La Hathaway.

What inspires you to make music?

Life's relatable situations and things I may have or may not have been through something I may be seeking in life or even things I've seen others experince.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That I am human, I make mistakes, I love hard but also my life wasn't easy, I been through somethings good and bad yet I overcome my obstacles. Never lose yourself know your worth and demand respect at all times. its ok to be classy, its okay to be sexy, but as a woman hold your head higher than ever and walk in your pourpose.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel like I'm in my element, I'm at home. I can be free and engage my listeners with how my heart speaks through my voice. My voice is my weapon.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Everything ain't about the clout and fame. Give the fans real music again and real performers actually perform. Feed the souls and not just the brain.

What do you think of Drooble?

Its a great platform for upcoming artist to give the fans something to look at and get to know the artist they support.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Nobody is singing anymore, there are too many fillers on the artistry it's no longer authentic.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I do, I download music and try my hardest to make apperances when they come to town.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Be diverse, don't just cater to one crowd be flexible in your work. Be free and don't let people dictate your art.
