What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is life. There is music playing in my mind all the time, like an internal jukebox! It is a way of expressing myself. Music is also a form of therapy for me. I get satisfaction from creating original songs. I enjoy creating something out of nothing!

What is your music dream?

My music dream is to actually make money from my music. I have always wanted to record something on vinyl. Music is meant to be shared. I would like to see others enjoy my music.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Love and peace is the answer. If the whole world had love and peace, I think that most of the other problems in this world would take care of themselves. I try to spread such messages in my songs.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

There are so many, it would be hard to pick just one. The Beatles were the ones who inspired me to sing and eventually pick up a guitar. If The Beatles had never happened, I probably would not have become a singer songwriter.

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

The Beatles will always be number one, even though I do like countless other bands and artists.

What inspires you to make music?

Inspiration can come from anywhere. I never know when inspiration will strike! It is all very natural for me, but I can write about something specific when asked to or when needed.i enjoy it the most, when it comes to me unexpectedly.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Each song has its' own special message. I write about everyday life, hopes, dreams, the ups and downs, struggles, love, peace and joy.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

The more the audience enjoys it, the more I enjoy it!

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

More guidance from the music industry would be greatly appreciated. I wish the music industry would take more chances, instead of sticking to the same formulas and styles. There should be much more variety in music nowadays.

What do you think of Drooble?

I have not been here long enough to know, but it seems promising so far.

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Finding a way to be heard in this big world with so many countless artists and they all probably feel the same way.

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

I do when I have the opportunity. I work nights, so I can't be out there as much as I would like. I have some friends who perform locally. I go out to see them when I can and sometimes I perform at open mike nights.

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Well, obviously they need to stand out amongst the crowd and have something special that sets them apart from other artists.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Zapple Pie!!!! :)
