Started playing sax in 1955...added piano in 1959...Also played upright bass in many groups, folk and jazz. After a stint in the US Army, I went on the road playing several different instruments in several different bands. Worked a lot in the Midwest, up and down the East Coast, Out West and finally settled down on an Island off West Florida. Some Years later I worked my way back to the West (Denver) where I stayed for 20 years. I moved to Upstate New York in 1999, met my future wife, moved back to Missouri where we both had originally started out, and now live in Upstate Connecticut. I've slowed down a lot in my playing...mostly Church services and Senior Centers but I truly enjoy listening to music. Musuc has always been and will always be my life.
