Frank Hermans

Story

I was born, went to school, worked a little and then became a songwriter. This is the short version of my life until now. But why did I become a songwriter? Well, I started listening to music at a young age and I never stopped doing it. Not only by discovering new artists, but also by looking for their influences. What always came back is the appeal of the song with a bit of a twist: the interplay between text, music and arrangement. I learned to play the guitar and after a lot of practice started writing my own songs. Since then I have been trying to write the song that sounds perfect to my ears and want to create something that conveys my somewhat dark view of life and the world in general, never forgetting any humor and self-perspective. The most important is that songwriting is something I enjoy and want to share with others.
