Composing music became a sort of meditation for me. It frees my mind from life's daily routine. It rests my soul. It releases my creativity, which otherwise won't let me concentrate on anything else, even sleep. I enjoy writing music to the point that it is an irreplaceable component of my happiness. I have to do it to emotionally exist on this planet. It is my spiritual food and water.
If my music will make some people happier in this world, that's all I would ask for.
Peace
Metallica - Nothing Else Matters
Metallica, Opeth, The Prodigy, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Steve Aoki, Steve Vai, Testament, Rammstein, Pendulum. Infected Mashroom, Aerosmith, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd
Everybody and everything that surrounds me. Every track has a bit of my life's history in it.
Just chillax, have fun, enjoy your life and live happy.
I feel home.
Slow things down a bit. Industry is moving too fast adapting new ways of existence. It's becoming more of a high tech industry pace, too fast to keep up. Bring back albums.
Finally there is a social network dedicated for musicians.
First week after new track is out. Impatient to see the response/reaction from listeners.
I've promoted local events for a decade, where we booked known act, just one per event, but the rest were local performers and local staff.
Great question... We fast pace evolving music industry, qualities adjust before we even get to know about them.
