What is music to you? What does it give you?

Music is a wonderful outlet for creative expression that often brings people together. It's a hobby I never find myself growing tired of.

What is your music dream?

To create art that has a positive impact on people. Whether it inspires or is found relatable or anything of that nature.

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

Helping people to love their neighbor as themselves. No matter your personal beliefs or theology, there's a definite need for more love in the world.

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

There's no one particular song, but I was a big Green Day fan as a kid. Their music most likely played a role in me wanting to play music. It's kind of hard to remember that far back. Haha

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

My favorites change all the time. Haha Lately, I've really been enjoying Loyals, Come Wind, Half Alive, and The Man Who.

What inspires you to make music?

God and life in general.

What is the message you want to send with your music?

That there's always hope to be found in God. No matter what you're facing or how hard things get, there's comfort and peace to be found in Him.

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

I feel excited and generally pumped. I'm all about having fun on stage.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

I think with everything going on with the pandemic it's become considerably more difficult for musicians to maintain careers right now. My best guess on how to improve it is to listen to the artists you enjoy and ask them how you can best support them as a fan.

What do you think of Drooble?

It's a pretty unique and enjoyable site!

What frustrates you most as a musician?

Having an idea in my head that I can't translate to recording. Haha

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

My local scene has died down quite a bit, but I'm always open to listening to new artists!

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

Patience and managed expectations. Very few people "make it" overnight. Hard work is what will yield the best results.

Share some awesome artists that we’ve never heard of.

Loyals, Half Alive, and Hearts Like Lions are pretty underrated. So many more, but that's off the top of my head. Haha
