Of course. I go to local shows, when they were a thing, and recruit artist I wanted to work with. I met a ton of artist doing so and I can't wait to start back up again.
Good question. I am still working on that answer. But I will say this, keep working, be yourself and make great music, I think the rest will follow. I can say you should do this or that and you will get a larger audience but I don't think that's a fair answer because there is nothing easy about being a musician.
