Just a guy that loves expression through music, all kinds of genres.
Music is a way of making emotions tangible in the sense that feeling can be heard not just felt and when I can play something on the guitar and someone else can understand the emotions, feel them and find a connection with my piece of music I have done my job correctly. Music gives me absolute peace.
Get a degree is musical theory. Guitar performance. Maybe open my own shop or teach while playing in the underground music scene. If someone understands my goal and discovers me and I'm able to broaden my audience I will be happy.
No more abuse. Physical, verbal, mental. To all living creatures, even nature itself
Linkin Park Leave out all the rest.
Tough one. Maybe Megosh, Ed Sheeran and John Mayer
The world is turning into a cold dark place and everything is being replaced by one form of technology or another. We need something real. Emotions. Beauty. Expression to remember we are still human. We will feel. Love and dream.
Being happy and carefree is the only way to truly express and find yourself.
Nervous and judged but at the end, amazing and incredibly happy.
The world wants everyone to have a 9-5 job and we are all taught that this is the way to live. If we choose music or art or any form of self expression it will be a hard life. We throw it away. We will never have stability. I wish that self expression was supported more. That the world accepted it as a profession like any other. When someone says I'm throwing my life away and I will never be stable or rich or have all these stupid material objects that people put too much value in, I say, "I would rather be happy than stable." but I know with happiness, hard work and determination and a bit of realism I will be perfectly stable
Droodle is a very interesting idea to join a global community of musicians. I'm interested to see what I can learn and who I can meet.
In my situation, not having access to musical equipment or funds to better the experience of my performance to my audience or whoever I play to.
I can't find my local scene, I hope droodle will help me. But in general I only ever download music legally and support artists. I never steal their work.
A real emotional basis for his or her songs, something people can identify with so that they can become his or her audience. They need a love for music. They mustn't be in it for fame or anything pretentious. They must be in the industry for their own self expression and their own pleasure. People will gravitate towards a genuine musician/artist.
