Bassist for Skeleton Sleep Box, drummer for OLC, rapper for fun.
To me music is an escape from reality in all ways. I can completely transform into a different person and lose myself. Music can tell a story and all I have to do is sit there with my eyes closed and listen and all the sudden I'm living it. I've always known music is all I've ever wanted to do.
To create a masterpiece in my own right. I don't need anyone else to think it's a masterpiece. Just me, and I'll spend forever attempting to achieve that.
Make people buy physical albums only
Surprisingly the first song I can remember really having an impact in my life was Phil Collins in the air tonight. That was the first song I remember really taking me somewhere else mentally and helping me to escape.
My favorite band would have to be the Gorillaz. Followed by rapper Aesop Rock.
It's all I think about every minute of every day.
I want to give people the emotional responses I get when listening to my favorite music.
Right at home
I would love to see the industry take a turn for the talented some time soon. Anymore becoming a successful musician has nothing to do with actually putting in the work and mastering your craft. You just have to be attractive. It's wack.
Still figuring it out.
When other musicians leave the show as soon as their set is done.
Absolutely. There really isn't an artist in my extremely talented city I haven't seen their shows, bought their CDs, or rock their t shirts.
Good social media skills. lol.
