Anna Anawalt

Story

I come from a large family and now I am a busy wife& mother and I love to perform and create music to inspire, uplift. Much of my music has been inspired by family life and also working with children as a music, movement teacher. I hope to bring goodness to children and people of all ages with my music.. I was pleased to be awarded in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest as a finalist in my Butterfy song, in 2017: https://jlsc.com/winners/2017a/finalists.php and hope to take this song further. I also enjoy collaborating/playing with others in folk, world music, classical, celtic, bluegrass, country settings as primarily a fiddler, also as a pianist and/or singer. I play mandolin and a few percussive instruments as well ( mainly cajon, African drums)
