What is music to you? What does it give you?

Escapism, music is a story. Every part of your life is a song!

What is your music dream?

To be able to play in front of appreciative audiences and to record all those songs in my head, but tonight is a chance for another dream!

If you could change the world - what would you start with?

A clever friend

Which is the most memorable song from your childhood?

Dead ringer - Meatloaf

Who are your favorite musical artists or bands?

Ozzy, Metallica and those that can play with the same passion, drive and feel!

What inspires you to make music?

I really can't answer that, just love finding that next riff etc!

What is the message you want to send with your music?

Never really been one to think that deep!

How do you feel when you perform in front of an audience?

Nervous, still. But never want it to end! I love to see the audience enjoying our (KinStifes) songs.

How do you see the musicians’ reality nowadays? What could be improved?

Most musicians start playing their instrument because they enjoy it. They/we mostly have jobs too so if you are lucky enough to get paid for playing appreciate that gift. Most people don't get paid for doing their hobby.

What do you think of Drooble?

I must admit I haven't used it much so haven't seen its abilities but the people using it seem very positive and supportive. I love the idea of all these musicians being able to connect so easily

What frustrates you most as a musician?

If I were a proper musician (I am just someone who plays a guitar) then the thing that would most frustrate me would be seeing these youngsters doing things I will never master. And not having enough time to learn

Do you support your local scene as a fan? How?

Our town is quite poor for supporting original music but I organise some local gigs to help that

What qualities should a musician nowadays have in order to get their music heard by a larger audience?

I haven't managed it but it appears you must be very good at networking, engaging an audience, releasing music regularly and so much more
