To me, music is an outlet and coping mechanism. Anything I think. feel. or witness throughout my daily life, I can write a song about and I feel so much lighter due to it. It gives me assurance that there are people out there who actually care to listen, and that I can help them through their lives and problems through my music.
My dream in the industry is to get not just fans. but friends. I know it sounds maybe a little awkward, but I grew up not having many friends, and i want people who are in the same position know that there's always someone there.
I would start with the core problems-racial/sexual inequality, starvation, homelessness, etc.; no one should have to suffer through anything of that degree.
